RETURN POLICY

ESSE Paris Perfumes strives to offer a premium shopping experience. Due to the personal, hygiene-sensitive nature of perfumes, opened or used products cannot be returned or resold once delivered.

Damaged / Incorrect Product

  • Customers must contact customer support within 24–48 hours of delivery if they receive a product that is:

    • Damaged

    • Broken

    • Leaked

    • Incorrect

    • Missing

  • In rare cases of transit damage (leakage, breakage, or missing items), a refund or exchange may be initiated only after strict verification.

Exclusions

Returns or refunds will not be provided for:

  • Damage due to improper usage or mishandling

  • Incorrect application

  • Individual allergies or sensitivities to ingredients

Customers are advised to perform a patch test before use.


REFUND POLICY

  • ESSE Paris Perfumes is not responsible for damage after successful delivery.

  • An unboxing video with original packaging clearly visible is mandatory for any claim related to:

    • Missing items

    • Leakage

    • Breakage

    • Damaged or incorrect products

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

How to Raise a Refund Request

  • Subject line: “Refund Request – Order ID”

  • Attach:

    • Clear images

    • Unboxing video

Important Conditions

  • If a package appears tampered or damaged, refuse delivery immediately

  • If the order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 3 days of delivery status

  • No refund requests will be accepted after this period

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7–15 working days after approval

  • COD orders: Refunded to the customer’s bank account within 4–7 working days after bank details are provided

  • Transaction details and reference ID will be shared once the refund is initiated


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from the warehouse

  • A payment gateway fee of 2.5% will be deducted for prepaid order cancellations

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 15 working days after approval

Once Dispatched

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • If a prepaid order is returned after dispatch, a ₹75 reverse-logistics charge will be deducted from the refund


IMPORTANT NOTE

  • Opened, used, or tested perfumes are strictly non-returnable

  • Refunds, returns, and cancellations are subject to verification and approval

  • ESSE Paris Perfumes reserves the right to approve or reject any request at its sole discretion

This policy is intentionally strict. Perfume is a luxury, hygiene-sensitive product—lenient policies lead to misuse and quality compromise.
