Delivery Timeline

  • India-wide delivery: 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, and unforeseen circumstances

Delivery Hours

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

  • A signature or delivery confirmation may be required at the time of delivery

If you are unavailable, please arrange for an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor. ESSE Paris Perfumes is not responsible for orders received or signed for by an alternative person.

Delivery Responsibility

  • ESSE Paris Perfumes is not liable for any damage after successful delivery

  • Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery

  • Any claims related to shortage, leakage, breakage, or damage must be reported to customer support on the same day of delivery, along with an unboxing video and images
